Come spend the day snorkeling from shore at the famous Chankanaab Beach Adventure Park. Enjoy the crystal clear waters, watch a sea lion show, snorkel at your leisure, or test out some tequila. There is something for everyone at Chankanaab!

This day begins by taking a taxi to the Chankanaab Beach Adventure Park from your Cozumel cruise pier, which will be about 10 to 15 minutes and approximately $10.00 USD for up to 4 passengers. They you'll check into Chankanaab where you'll find the entrance fee is already covered when you present your ticket. Then come and go as you like all day, Chankanaab is open from 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM.

The first thing you'll notice is the beautiful beach with lounge chairs and a selection of palapas for those who prefer shade. Then you will be outfitted with snorkel gear, given safety tips, and you can go and discover the world underneath the turquoise sea. You'll soon discover that this reef is located close to the shore. So once you are ready you'll explore colorful coral with beautiful fish darting in and out. The water is so clear you'll swear you are in an aquarium. Visibility is often more than 30 ft.! Check out the parrot fish, trunk fish, so many fish that we couldn't possibly list them all and maybe even a lobster or two. All of your snorkel gear is included and the friendly, English speaking staff will assist you and show you how to use the equipment properly. Then the day is yours!

Keep in mind there are other things to do here as well. This park offers a glimpse into the life of the ancient Mayan civilization - visit the "Mayan House" as you walk through the botanical gardens and maybe try out a handmade tortilla. There is also a tequila demonstration and a sea lion show, both are also included in your ticket, so there is something for everyone! Or just relax on the comfortable beach chairs to get some sun. There is also a swimming pool onsite as well as inviting hammocks under the palms. Massages are offered right on the beach as well. Restaurants and souvenirs store are also available to choose from and there are lockers, restrooms and showers included.

At the end of your day, there are taxis outside Chankanaab waiting to take you back to your Cozumel cruise terminal.

• Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
• Your ship skips/misses the port.
• Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
• A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator or guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
• Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
