Located on the protected west side of the island, the Occidental Grand All Inclusive Beach Resort is a beautiful property and a great choice to spend your day at the beach. You will have full access to the facilities at the Resort including 2 large swimming pools - one for relaxing and one for activities, lounge chairs both at the pool and the beach, umbrellas and shaded palapas, restrooms, showers plus so much more.

You will also have an all you can eat buffet and complete open bar for your stay. The Cozumel Occidental Resort Day Pass hours are 9am - 5pm and there is no set arrival or departure time for you...it is completely up to you and totally flexible, come and go as you please.

If you are in the need for a little more activity and a little less relaxing, you also have full use of the non-motorized water sports such as kayaking, sailing and windsurfing. • You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email contact@cozumelmexicotours.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
• Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
• Your ship misses/skips the port.
• Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
• A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
• Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.
