This Cozumel SCUBA cruise excursion is for certified SCUBA divers only. You will have the unique opportunity to dive at 2 of the best dive sites of Cozumel. Limited to small groups, this excursion gives you some choices about what reefs you want to go to!
Your local SCUBA dive master is waiting just a 2-5 minute taxi ride away from the cruise ship piers. You will be greeted by the friendly, professional SCUBA staff and then given your diving equipment (this excursion may be order with equipment or without) - all equipment is up to date, top of the line, name brands. Your dive master will go over the dive briefing and the details of your 2 tank dive excursion. This is a top notch, quality dive company...staff, equipment and customer safety/service.
Dive on two outstanding coral reefs located within Cozumel's protected marine park and the second largest barrier reef in the world. Get ready - 200 foot visibility is common!
Your English speaking dive master will get your small group on the dive boat and your adventure underway. Depending on the daily weather, water and skills level of the group, the dive sites will vary. The first dive is typically Palancar Gardens and the 2nd location is captain's choice.
Both sites are located within the protected boundaries of the Marine Park where the marine life thrives. A wide variety of tropical fish and other marine life can be seen at both sites. There are some spectacular coral formations and sponges as well - do not forget your waterproof camera. As this is a protected area, regulations are strict...take only photos, leave only bubbles!
Your boat will take you back to the meeting point afterward.
